- List the Author's Name (if available), Article Name, and where you retrieved it (Gale ... EBSCO ... etc) IF it came from one of the databases.
- If you got it elsewhere, you will need to list the source in full MLA format.

- DO NOT MIX SOURCES ON A NOTE SHEET - MAKE SURE YOUR SOURCE NUMBERS ARE ON THE FRONT TO SHOW WHICH SOURCE THE NOTES ARE FROM
- Page numbers won't be needed (or available) from database articles.
- Make sure your notes are a mixture of direct quotes and paraphrases.
- KEEP ALL YOUR RESEARCH MATERIALS IN THE MANILA ENVELOPE YOU'RE PROVIDED.
- Remember you need a MINIMUM of 5 sources and 60+ notes.
